I was in desperate need of getting my taxes done before the deadline of 10/15/15. I called Ms Robinson on 10/13/15 @5pm for help, she advised me of the late penalties if I didn't file by the 15th. After addressing my concerns, she immediately began working on my taxes over the phone. In as little as 2 hours my taxes was done and completed over the phone. We hired Ulysses Asset Management to help our office catch up on some bookkeeping (bank reconciliations, journal entries, financial reports). We were pleased with the help that was given. No. I like to assess my customer's needs, and I try to offer negotiable pricing based on those needs. I offer 1 free 1/2 hour of consultation to assess the needs of my client.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I provide an initial free consultation with all new customers. I complete an assessment of their business needs, as well as cost-effect solutions.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelors degree in Business Administration and Masters degree Business & Finance. I am certified in HR management and I have various accounting certifications. I also have a certification with IRS to prepare taxes.
