- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Prices vary depending on service. Training lessons of 1 hour are typically $50 to $65. Dog walks are between $15 and $20 for approx 30 minutes. With a discount for more than one dog. Depending on location a small gas fee my be added for multiple visits.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Getting some information via phone. If I feel my services can help them for dog walking I setup a free consultation. And for dog training there is a fee of the one-hour lesson at the normal price. However the first lesson will be in an hour and a half instead of 1 hour.
