Mitch renovated our master bathroom after gutting the entire room. I can't say enough about the quality of his work and he really takes his time to make sure everything is perfect. Mitch had great ideas and was always willing to give his opinions. Most importantly, he was very patient with me as I made changes throughout the project and even took an active role in making many of the decisions. He is precise, dependable and always on time. The first thing everybody comments on when they see our bathroom is the quality of the work and how beautiful it is. Mitch also did a lot of work in our kitchen including repainting our kitchen cabinets from a dark color to white. The change was amazing and again the quality of the work was outstanding. I would highly recommend Mitch for any project.

Mitch was referred to us through our counter install company and was an absolute find! His skill and work ethic are second to none and he is truly a craftsman! He installed hardwood and tile on our first floor and his work exceeded our expectations! We have already referred him to multiple friends. His knowledge of the various aspects of home remodeling was invaluable to us and he will definitely be our first call for future projects!

Mitch Kemp did a great job of repairing our pool tiles. Not only did he replace the tiles that fell off during the winter but he removed tiles with cracks behind and thoroughly filled in all the cracks before replacing the tiles. We are optimistic that unlike in previous years, we will not have a problem with falling tiles. It's important that Mitch was experienced and skillful in working with pool tiles, as those who have only worked with house tiles are not well enough equipped to do the job. The price was very reasonable and much better than the big pool companies who only want to do big jobs.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I try to be consistent with my pricing, whatever the job may be. It is hard on this site with the number of professional pricing work. I have been the lowest and the highest on similar type work.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The same as it is with a repeat customer. Just be honest and do a good job, it what I am called to do.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Experience with everything, that is the best teacher. Of course there have been master's of a lot of the trades I perform that have shown me the way. Thank you to all of those people, I would not be here without you.
