Justin was very knowledgeable and made me feel at ease about our mouse infestation. We were able to get him over the day after we called, also! He sealed off entry points and sprayed the perimeter of the house, as well as set traps and advised us on how best to ensure the mice wouldn’t return.

I originally searched service for a wasp nest. After hearing about their quarterly service, I decided to use them for our pest control. Alexis very thoroughly answered all my questions and provided the information I needed to make the decision. John came to do the service and he was very professional, again answering any remaining questions and explaining the process. I am very pleased to have found such a professional local company where people are so personable and knowledgeable, they completely put my mind at ease. I highly recommend them.

We just started with the service plan. What we have appreciated most so far is that John listened carefully to our concerns and adjusted his plan to accommodate our desire to have the most child-safe and non-toxic solution to our problem. While this will take longer and required a little more planning for him, we appreciate that he has been willing and able to meet our needs.
