Introduction: Experience as Senior Building Inspector for ten years at Stafford County, General Contractor built hundreds of homes. Performing Home Inspections for real estate since 2005. I will take the time necessary to complete a thorough inspection and answer any questions that will help a buyer make an informed decision. I enjoy communicating with buyers about all aspects of a home.Climbing on a roof, crawling through an attic, or belly crawling through a crawl space are the necessary steps to a thorough inspection. Patrick was a pleasure to have as an inspector. He arrived a half hour early and provided a lot of useful tips throughout the home inspection process. He provided a full report for a 5bed/4bath plus basement home within less than 12 hours. The report was detailed and included images. I would recommend! Price was very reasonable.
