- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Affordable is the name. I will do all I can to help the customer get their system running again. I do offer financing on my labor.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Normally I will ask that they text me their full name and address from there we can schedule an appointment that fits their schedule.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 4 years of in class training and 20 years on the job training. I hold a masters in my field of work and a EPA universal license.
