Introduction: Creating your dream come true wedding Is very important to me. I will work hard to find just the right flowers for your special day! I created an arrangement for this lady and delivered it to her home. She was there so it was a nice and I left it at here door. Got this wonderful call from her that evening saying how much she loved her flowers and she was so happy. Then Mother's Day/ her birthday took some to her from her daughter and she open the door and was like its about time I got some nice flowers all the ones I got today came out a box. She is such a sweet lady she has ordered from me over and over always has nice things to say to me. I love meeting people like her!

Robin at Enchanted Petals is AMAZING! I used her services recently for my son's wedding rehearsal dinner. Not knowing exactly what I wanted, I tried to articulate my vision, and she took that and ran! She went to the trouble of even going to the venue where the dinner would be held, taking pictures, and communicating that with me. We communicated by e-mail, text, and phone, and not once did she take longer than a few minutes getting back to me. Even when her own son had an accident and she was headed to the emergency room, she let me know she wouldn't be able to attend a previously scheduled meeting. Who thinks to contact a customer in the midst of a family emergency?! Anyway, Robin's work was outstanding. The flowers were amazing and exactly what I had envisioned without even knowing it. You cannot go wrong utilizing Robin for your floral needs!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Let me see.... I love to meet with people and talk about what they are looking for. If this is to much cause life is busy well talking over the phone and sending messages to each other can be a start but person to person is best.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I really didn't go to school for this I guess I was born blessed!
