What a blessing OCD was to me! After a cancer diagnosis and the subsequent closing of my business in 2008, the clutter in my home began to build. I was overwhelmed by it to the point that I was paralyzed to do anything about it. Once it started to affect my marriage, I knew I had to do something drastic. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Typically we like to setup a consultation to assess the space and get a feel for what is needed. During this time, we talk in depth with the client to try to determine the best solution to help eliminate the clutter going forward. We like to take pictures and offer ideas of transforming the area making it more functional.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have worked in the logistics field for more than 20 years. During this time, I organized a warehouse and storage units to make them more functional and easier to access. I have also trained in programs that stress continuous improvement and visual management. This training combined with my desire to help people to live clutter free, helped me to start OCD!
