- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by listening to all of the customer's existing problems, concerns, and desires. We then formulate a viable and sustainable plan of action to meet these needs. We explain it to the customer, and answer any questions that he, or she, may have. After we have completed the work, we will recap what we have done, as well as why we did it. We will then explain what the next step in the process is, as well as making sure that you are aware of our service guarantee

- How did you get started doing this type of work?
In 2012, as many did during the Great Recession, I was forced to change careers. I knew nothing about the pest control industry, but took a "job" out of necessity. Within 3 days I was hooked, and will never do anything else again.
