- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with new clients we prefer to schedule a phone consult to discuss the request in more detail. This gives us the opportunity to ask questions and talk through the issues with the client before scheduling. Doing this also helps the customer feel more comfortable about us and our abilities to complete their request. We are able to answer any of their questions and if requested, we can provide references.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I enlisted in the US Air Force in 1998 and stationed to the Air Force Pentagon Communications Agency supporting the commander and staff. Part of my many duties included maintaining all IT systems, both hardware and software. Upon my honorable discharge, I was hired as a contractor to support the Office of Security of Defense for Policy. This gave me more opportunities to expand my knowledge working system upgrades, hardware troubleshooting, installing and software programs.
