- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For weddings we try to tailor our services to our clients unique needs. Contact us and tell us about yourselves and what your vision is and together we can plan the perfect photography package! For portrait sessions we have an initial session fee that covers securing your date, our time, talent and editing. Session fee is non-refundable. Products are sold separately.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After getting in contact with you and discussing your needs, (through email, phone or text) we will set up a time to have a pre-session consult to discuss our services and products. At that time if you feel that we are a good match we will draw up a contract to secure your date where your session fee is due upon signing, After the session and editing is finished we will schedule your viewing and product consult.
