Introduction: I give top-notch and thorough home inspections with detailed reporting. I specialize in new home buyers and older homes. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My standard pricing is $250 for a residential home up to 2000 sq ft. I add $25 for each additional 500 sq ft. Details are on my website.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to understand any concerns my client might have. I explain how my inspections work and my procedure. I also like my clients to follow me around so we can discuss any findings.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have college training to obtain my State of Illinois Home Inspector license. I belong to InterHACHI (International Association of Certified Home Inspectors) which has a requirement of continued education that far exceeds the States requirements.
