One example: I was in need of staff scheduling for my business and Amanda was able to create a very logical, cost effective schedule, and took into account many factors that I had not yet considered. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I set up a consultation to learn more about your business and what processes take place on a day-to-day basis. As I listen, I come up with ways that I can take tasks off your plate so that you can focus more on growing your business and leave the administrative tasks to me! Or if there are new projects that you just don't have time to manage, I can see those through for you as well. The services I offer, whether marketing, project management, or admin tasks, are tailored to the needs of each business.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelors degree in Communications, and I have held positions in marketing, sales, project management, and health and wellness.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I became a mother to twin boys in 2013, and I wanted a way to keep my mind in the professional world. I made a few connections and gained some great clients, which has allowed me the freedom to work virtually and still have time for my family, especially while my children are young. And I love that I get to work with so many different businesses as it keeps things interesting!
