I truly loved working with Sunny Appliance all the way from the telephone receptionists to the professional who came out. Luis was so knowledgeable, kind, considerate, and professional. During this crazy Covid time, he had no problem with wearing a mask and even wearing shoe covers since I have a no-shoe policy in my home. I had a complex problem with my electric cookstove in that due to one of the burner's elements being shorted out, it would trip the circuit breaker (including sometimes the main one to the entire house). Luis troubleshooted it perfectly locating the source of the problem and replacing the part. I would highly, highly recommend this service provider. They even credit the initial cost of diagnosing the problem to the final cost of fixing it. That was so helpful. I lived without a stove and oven since March of 2020. I had electricians come out and called other appliance folks (who either said they didn't work on glass/internal electric cookstoves or they recommended to just replace it) and Luis was finally able to fix it effectively and cost efficiently!
