- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an Associates degree from Johnson & Wales University in Providence, RI for Baking and Pastry Arts. My junior and senior years of high school I attended a vocational school for Culinary Arts. I also have various work experience.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have always loved baking and creating things, and I love art in many forms. It was only a natural step for me to pursue Baking & Pastry Arts. My first professional training was during my junior and senior years of high school at the Newaygo County Career-Tech Center, for Culinary Arts. I went on to Johnson & Wales University after that.
