- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The customer should foremost feel they can trust our company. We do not charge additional pricing on weekends or evenings. We only charge for parts and labor of the job. We strive for the most fair and honest pricing in the market. Our pricing is made up of several components such as labor, parts, commute/gas, our manfuctaera pricing , etc.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We always recommend our customers set up an appointment (since it is most effective when we see the door and saves time) estimates for new doors a always free and the customer isn’t obligated to use our services. The technician helps the customer find the door best suited for their needs, home and budget. We provide brochures, door material samples and can even show you how the door will look on your home with a customized door designing tool featured on our website.

We have worked with various types of customers. Ranging from new homeowners to senior citizens and commercial business owners of all ages and demographics.
