I called one stop last night right after receiving the respond. they came the next day and did a great job. the technician was very professional and kind. he explained everything he did and gave us a good price compare the the other companies we called. we would definitely recommend them to everyone we know.

I had an amazing experience with One Stop!! These companies never come on time and One Stop even was there early!! Our spring had snapped off we thought about attempting to fix it ourselves but I'm glad we didn't. The technician was super professional and knew exactly what the problem was as soon as he arrived. He fixed the spring and another problem that caused it to snap. He was very honest with us and treated us like family. It was a great experience unlike any I've with technicians that have come to my home in the past. We will definitely be using One Stop again and so will our neighbors and family members!!! One Stop is the best!!!!!!

I called for new door replacement and the lady on the other line was very helpful with service we set date and time for the technician to come he was on time (from my experience it is the first time that technician came on time) he was very professional and honest the price was good and the door I picked came quickly and the instillation was perfect , since than one stop garage door is my only garage company and will refer to all my family and friends . The customer should foremost feel they can trust our company. We do not charge additional pricing on weekends or evenings. We only charge for parts and labor of the job. We strive for the most fair and honest pricing in the market. Our pricing is made up of several components such as labor, parts, commute/gas, our manfuctaera pricing , etc.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We always recommend our customers set up an appointment (since it is most effective when we see the door and saves time) estimates for new doors a always free and the customer isn’t obligated to use our services. The technician helps the customer find the door best suited for their needs, home and budget. We provide brochures, door material samples and can even show you how the door will look on your home with a customized door designing tool featured on our website.
