- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Ours standard pricing is based on the hourly rates of the types of staff positions that we need to supply. We have no hidden fees. Whatever hours that are worked are the hours that are charged. The only additional cost may include travel if an event location is outside of the 5 Boroughs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our typical process includes setting up an initial consultation to get a better understanding of the event. Once we have enough information, we can provide the event holder with our proposal. If we are hired, we will keep in touch with the event holder periodically to ensure that everything is running on plan and we have all needs covered. On the day of the event our staff will show up on the time that they are needed.
