Introduction: Huntington works with students of all ages in reading, math, study skills, phonics, vocabulary, writing, and in the skills necessary to achieve in these areas. We begin with a comprehensive evaluation to assess the student's strengths and weaknesses and then meet with the parents to make a recommendation of a program we feel would best benefit the student. We then create an individualized program specifically tailored to each student's needs. It's best told by the local feedback we get from parents and students. While my daughter has always been a strong student with good grades, I am always looking for supplemental education to strengthen my child’s foundation. For a while, my child attended another center but after some time it started becoming a struggle to finish the work and the constant complaining about her not wanting to study packets. Tired of the weekly struggles, I looked at other options. I am grateful to have found the Huntington Learning Center for my child. Their initial comprehensive academic assessment provided a detailed analysis of my daughter’s educational foundation. The one to one attention, the monitoring and inclusion of new curriculum as my child progresses in her comprehensive educational program have ensured that she stays a motivated, confident with strong educational skills. The staff keeps us updated on her progress. They also doing follow-up with the school teacher which is very beneficial. I always see my child looking forward to attending the center without a complaint. I believe the quality of its services and benefits far better than other centers I have tried. The Huntington Learning Center director – Jay and his dedicated teachers & staff have made a tremendous difference in the confidence, motivation, and ongoing educational enrichment of my daughter’s education. Seeing the consistent results and beneficial growth, I am so glad that I took right decision to enroll my daughter and strongly recommend them.

My teen son has always seemed to have struggles with math that started back in the 3rd grade. We tried another place that "specialized" in tutoring for years, and decided that my son was not "learning" math from this place. Then we found Huntington Learning Center! The approach was to work on where he was at now AND go back and review the previous years of math that my son had struggled with. This built his math confidence up and allowed my son to excel in his math class (A on the report card for the year)! Thank you HLC

We were very pleased with the thorough assessment our children received, and we feel the curriculum is helping them a lot. The instructors are great, and the kids master each skill before moving on. We also appreciate the regular meetings with Jay to keep us apprised of the kids’ progress.

I highly recommend Huntington learning center Fresno. All the staff there is great and show passion for what they do. My son loves going and learning there. He has come a long way in terms of his his overall study skills and math and verbal skills. I love that its not a cookie cutter approach and Jay the owner takes his time to understand what each child needs and tailor it to them. Also they are very accomodating with changing schedules whether it be for illness or other activities. I am very appreciative of that.
