FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We work on an hourly rate that is determined by the length and scope of the project. This gives us the flexibility to customize our work to fit our clients budget. Our clients pay only for what they need to get the results they want. There are other costs if preparation/research or travel is involved. However, we are setup for remote consulting with conference calling or virtual meetings which reduces travel related costs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We provide a complementary initial consultation to get acquainted with our prospective client and their business situation. This includes a short form Needs and Opportunities Assessment and a brief summary of the business improvement opportunities discovered during this conversation. We also provide a proposal of what we can do to help the prospective client achieve the benefits of the opportunities we have discussed. When the prospective client decides to retain our services, we schedule a meeting to go into more depth on the consulting process and identify the stakeholders that will be a part of the improvement implementation process. The consulting process follows a proprietary framework that consists of four integrated phases: Assessment, Strategy, Actualization and Progress Assessment. This forms a closed loop system that incorporates the benefits of consulting and coaching; and provides a focused and systematic approach implementing the changes required to realize the desired improvements. Subsequent meetings are scheduled at optimum interval to support the change process until the desired results are achieved. At which time an assessment of the improvement process is made for lessons learned that add to the knowledge base of the organization. Often during the improvement implementation process additional business improvement opportunities are discovered and become the focus of work with the client on continual improvement projects.
