Introduction: As a former college athlete I like to work with individuals on modility and bodyweight fitness. It builds a solid foundation to build on in your fitness journey. And really focuses on your everyday movements.
I work with everyday people to help keep them in shape and active outside of their everyday desk jobs. I also work with high school athletes to help them prepare for the sport that they participate in.

I have worked out with Corey Rendon for 2 years. He is extremely knowledgeable on strength training and conditioning, creative in keeping the workouts interesting, and motivating so I want to do my best. He knows nutrition and can help develop healthy eating habits. I started working out because I wanted to scuba dive. Within 4 months I became certified while on vacation. I love being strong and in shape. In March, I sold my cruiser bike and bought a 21-speed road bike. I rode it in the 2-day CA Classic and finished the 35-mile bike ride and 5K run/walk with ease. I lost one pound a week for a total of 50 pounds and have maintained my weight. Corey takes people from whatever condition people are in and keeps challenging them to get in better shape.
