I would definitely not hire Al, unless you have everything in writing. Paid Al $250 for consultation. He gave a lot of great idea and things he would complete and did not. He promised two designs, one for livingroom and and for master bedroom/bathroom. After giving us the livingroom design and assisting with purchasing of items, communication stopped. After asking questions several times via text, we would either get no response or very little response. At one time he said he would send bedroom design by end of next day but then another time he responded by saying, it was just the paint." I expressed to him our disappointment with his lack of communication, slow response, and failure to complete work. He rushed to complete a design for the bedroom, but it was less than acceptable. By this time, we had had enough of the 'chasing' of someone who did not complete the work/recommendations, so we decided to complete work on our own. As a professional in the field, Alexander Aspects has done everything in its power to ensure the customer is taken care of in the form of text messages and offering far more "consultation time" than what was initially discussed from client to designer. Alexander Aspects attempted on two seperate occassions to assist the customer but unsuccessful on both attempts. Two mood boards were presented to Robert f. with items that were complimented by, and approved by, Robert f and a second party ,through both text, email and images. A sincere apology is extended to Robert f. again for any inconveniences caused by Alexander Aspects if any. Alexander Aspects is committed to excellence and the utmost respect for all of its clients, associates, and contractors. AL is by far the most detailed designer that I have ever met. His professionalism and candor, helped me to make inform decisions. He has a great eye for style. He decorated my home in ATL and my apartment in Tampa. I cannot thank him enough. People love my floors and tables.Feb 7, 2017

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Usually a basic consultation is a flat fee that wont change. I will charge 10-15% of the clients budget depending on the true scope of the project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?First there's the interview to find out who they are and how they live to see how they actually use their spaces after that I will discuss the terms of the Letter of Agreement and proceed with the remodel/ home staging / decoration phase of the project.
