- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing system is standard for non replacement part issues. And if a replacement part is needed we also base our prices on the value of the device being repaired.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We ask questions that will help us resolve your particular problem, then we provide the most economical solution.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are A+ Certified and Electronic College degrees. We have over 20+ yrs of in-house computer repair knowledge.
