Introduction: We have serviced the Friendswood area for many years and have numerous satisfied customers who regularly use our affordable lawn care services (references upon request). We are reliable & dependable and make sure to always arrive on your scheduled day weather permitting.
We offer Weekly, Biweekly & Annual rates and there are no contracts to honor so service can be discontinued at any time. What does this mean? It means we have to EARN your trust each and every visit. We also maintain shrubs, hedges and minor tree cutting for an additional fee.
Tender Care will mulch mow so that the nutrients fall back into your yard to make the grass stronger, allowing less fertilizer needed & to avoid clumps of grass throughout yard caused by side discharge. On certain occasions we will bag clippings / leaves as to avoid thatch buildup. Whole yard will be trimmed & edged to perfection to insure a great eye appeal and for a nominal fee will weed control sidewalk, driveway, and patio. We will then touch off the yard by blowing off all walkways, driveway, and curb free of debris to add that "Personal Touch".
Pricing is calculated on the amount of turf to be taken care of and the amount of edging and trimming to be done.
I have a 3 Tier Pricing structure since I don't charge anything extra for cleanups during regular visits.
A typical 5k sq ft with aprox. 800 ft of edging/trimming starts at
$40.00 weekly. (corner house add $10 minimum).
$47.50 biweekly. (corner house add $10 minimum).
$62.50 biweekly during winter (includes leaf cleanups). (corner house add $15 minimum).
Discounts given for the following:
1) Senior's age 65 or older
2) 1st Responder (Police, Firefighter, Ambulance)
3) Multiple Service
