Introduction: I think the biggest difference in my services is that I have a willingness to go above and beyond to help clients achieve their goals! I listen for specific needs and implement a plan to help them achieve their goal! I strive for 5 Star Ratings with every transaction no matter how big or small and I operate with a pay it forward attitude, treating others the way I hope to be treated. Real estate transactions can be quite challenging and confusing, and intimidating (especially for first time buyers), as an advocate, I really try and put myself in their shoes. I don't mind taking the extra time and effort to make sure clients understand the entire process. I also remove obstacles that could detour or prevent them from attaining their goal of buying or selling. Every client has unique circumstances, some clients will need late night phone consults due to travel/work, others will need flexibility in looking at various locations before settling in on a specific area, some out of state may ask for face time video walk throughs of properties prior to scheduling a visit to the area, some may need lender referrals, moving companies, temporary housing, etc. The point is, no matter the client's needs or circumstances, I pledge to do my best to help them. I am humbled, honored and happy to be part of their world for a minute and to help guide them through the process. I love the PEOPLE, the fast pace, the endless opportunities to help people, and the pride of being part of this dynamic industry! People inspire, interest and motivate me to strive for excellence! Helping them navigate the home buying/selling process gives me great joy and satisfaction knowing I played a small part in someone else's life journey! Being a realtor is both an honor and a privilege, not something I take for granted! I actually LOVE my job, it is my passion! I strive to minimize client stress by keeping a sense of humor to help get us through the bumps along the way!
