90 Plus Baseball

Introduction: I am a former professional baseball player of the Washington Nationals organization. I help players repeat the necessary mechanics to become a consistent baseball player. Throughout my years of training, I have helped players become Major League Baseball prospects. With my years of playing experience, I know that there are many ways to accomplish the same goal(s) in this game. This is not a one-way-to-do-it sport. The thing I enjoy the most is witnessing "the light turn on." It is when a player begins to truly understand exactly what his/her body needs to do to become better at the game.
