I live in the McKinney area, and my house was hit badly during hail storms this past spring. After carefully interviewing several roofing companies (Had heard some bad experiences from a few friends with roofers so was skeptical), I chose Rowley Roof and Construction to replace my roof and do all needed repairs to my home. Thankfully, I made the right choice! They were so great to work with. The repairs and new roof are high quality and all work was completed in a timely manner. I worked with Dana, he was amazing! He walked me through the process from beginning to end. He worked around my crazy work schedule, and is all about customer service, which is huge for me! I am very happy with the service and workmanship. My gutters are beautiful. The installers were professional and courteous. There was one mix-up but Dana kept me updated through out the process. The installation took two days due to the wrong downsprout size. The installers completed the gutters on the first day and came back the next day for downsprout installations.Mar 23, 2017Verified

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Pricing varies depending on several variables i.e. material choice, total size of roof, choice of new roofing system. We determine price prior to work being started and we do not ask for money until the project is complete and customer is satisfied.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Contact customer and discuss needs. Make appointment and go on site to assess what options there are available to you. If project will be covered by insurance, we walk you through the entire process so you are not overwhelmed. We meet the adjuster to ensure they pay for all items. Then we schedule the work to be done. After work is complete we walk with the customer to ensure satisfaction. If work is not covered by insurance the process is basically the same minus the adjuster and insurance.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I started my career as a property insurance adjuster but 4 years later I had the opportunity to go into the roofing business with a friend. We worked together for two years and then I went out on my own and started my own business, Legend Roofing & Construction, LLC. We are experts in dealing with insurance claims and have a licensed insurance adjuster on staff! We hope that you will contact us and experience our commitment to excellence first hand.
