- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
While I charge per session, you will receive a lot more than just your standard 1-hour and “see ya next week.” In between sessions, we’ll be working on improving your diet, workouts you can do on your own, and free books and other resources that I’ll provide you. In short, you’ll receive a lot more benefit than just the one hour sessions!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I keep things simple. 1. Establish a baseline: What's your basic diet? How often do you work out? Do you have any health issues? 2. Determine your goals: Want to lose weight? Want to gain muscle? Want to run a faster mile time? Want to run that first marathon? 3. Develop a plan and go for it. Most basic goals take around 8 weeks to see results, with 16 weeks being the most common to start seeing dramatic results.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started after realizing I needed to make a change in my life. I learned about health, nutrition, fitness and worked my way from walking a mile to multiple marathons and endurance events. After witnessed my transformation, I started helping others improve their health, nutrition, and fitness to live with more energy and a healthier life. Hundreds of people later…I hope to continue to help others for the rest of my life!
