I was a bit sceptical when I first heard from Lloyd from CTS because I had already hired an investigation company for this same job who charged me over $1000 and told me they hit a brick wall and could go no further. Lloyd from CTS offered a fair rate and said if he didn't produce there would be no charge. He worked his butt off and kept me up to date daily as promised. Lloyd finally admitted to me that the other company did it's due diligence and he saw why they hit a brick wall. Even though Lloyd hit the same brick wall he gave me more information then I had before and I could tell he felt personally involved in my case and knowing my urgency went above and beyond what was expected of him. He was actually willing to keep going but I realized it really was a dead end at this point and felt bad about having him spending more time on it. Mind you, he was more then willing to keep going even though I know he realized that we were at a dead end and he would not be getting paid because as he said from day one, if he did not succeed there would be no charge . And there was none. I felt that Lloyd hated stopping not only because he couldn't complete the task (as it turns out no one could) but because he knew how important it was to me and he didn't want to let me down. If you want an investigator who cares, will work hard, keep you up to date like clockwork and is never too busy to answer your questions, look no further. After my first experience with investigative firms I never thought I use one again but after my experience with Lloyd and CTS I would not hesitate using them again and giving them a glowing recommendation.
