FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I price by either the square foot if I'm cleaning flooring, or the amount of time I believe it will take to complete a project. Whenever I quote I'm transparent with the customer regarding how I bill.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I typically ask a million questions. That helps me understand what they're looking for and how I can best be of service to them. I've had some cases where I merely advised a potential customer that they didn't need all that they were looking for based on what I heard them say. There have been other cases where I had to tell them what they were asking for wouldn't get them to where they stated they wanted to be. Once we do business I like getting as much feedback as possible to ensure I'm on the same page with the customer. If/when things change having an open line of communication makes things easier for everyone. My experience has been that folks don't like surprises when they're paying their hard earned money.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My team has a combined 15 years experience cleaning and caring for floors. Our experience ranges from healthcare facilities to warehouses. We also have over 20 years experience in customer service.
