What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The initial consultation appointment is completely free. All I ask is that the client provides me with the completed new client packet at least 48 hours prior to the appointment so that I can review and prepare any questions I may have in order to optimize our time together. Pricing for individual sessions is $75 per one hour session. Program package prices and details can be found on my website under "Services".
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I request that all new clients complete the new client packet available on my webpage in the "Forms" section at least 48 hours before our first appointment. Typically the first appointment lasts 45 minutes and I will discuss with them any questions I have regarding the packet and we will decide what goals the client would like to address. If the client elects to commit to a three month KickStart for new clients, or six month Wellness Journey program, then I create a custom program based on the needs of the individual. We meet (in person, over the phone, or virtually) twice monthly for coaching sessions. During the program, clients will receive products that I feel will benefit them in the process of achieving their goals. If a client opts for individual sessions only and declines a coaching package, then we discuss this at the initial appointment and decide on a shorter term goal and the possibilities for coaching to achieve the goal. The best results are seen when clients choose the Wellness Journey package. More about our services can be seen on our webpage under the "Services" tab.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a certified holistic health coach and received extensive training at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. I have had the good fortune to train with some of the most amazing conventional and holistic doctors, dietitians, nutritionists, and specialists to acquire the knowledge and experience that I want to share with you. I am trained in over 120 nutritional theories and a variety of coaching techniques in order to best help you. Additionally, I have experience with many medical and holistic providers as a patient, caregiver, and professional. I have both the personal experience to relate to you, and the professional training to create an optimal program to fit your needs.
