What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Depends on the wants and needs of the customer, every customer is treated fairly.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I speak with my customer personally and set up a time to come out and go over plan designs and show samples if needed. If its tree work we discuss what needs to happen and I give them a free written estimate. If they agree we sign and set up a time for completing the job.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Hands on since 1995, keep up to date with latest information on Landscaping and tree products.
