Daniel is very focused on my personal goals and created a fitness plan that worked extremely well for me. I have made great progress on my fitness goals and he keeps me motivated during workouts as well as keeping it fun. He also has given me advice on nutrition and very good fitness routines to do at home to create a healthy lifestyle.
