The amount or rate of real estate commission is not fix by law. They are set by each broker individually and may be negotiable between Seller and Broker. Iit is customary that the real estate commision commission is 6%. Always ready to negotiate!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Know the type of property based on location, size of the house and size of the lot, conditions, improvements, and of course type of property. Each property is different, hence the value of each property is always different.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I obtained my license in 1996, since then I have taken different trainings, classes and certifications. GRI, SFR
