I had an appointment scheduled and two days before the appointment they emailed me indicating they had to reschedule due to "unforeseen circumstances". I emailed back asking how soon they could clean my carpets and I never received a reply. I googled carpet cleaner and found one in my city. I emailed him, he responded immediately. He met me at the job site, gave me a quote and explained the process he uses to clean carpets. Quote was reasonable and asked how soon he could start. He told me he was booked for the following week but could accommodate the week after. I explained how I needed it done before that and also how the other company cancelled on me and how that created a big problem for me. He said he would try to squeeze me in the following night, which he did. He also did a beautiful job and demonstrated a strong work ethic by ensuring I was satisfied. Thank you Brian from EcoDry!

Christ weatherized my house by replacing weatherstripping and caulking air leaks and made other repairs that become problems in bad weather. He was prompt, courteous and friendly. He worked hard. Pricing was very fair. I would definitely use Squares Detailing again.
