We were very pleased with Jacques and the finished project. This was our first time using Thumbtack and could not be happier with the service and how easy it was to hire an handyman. He exceeded our expectations by keeping the lines of communication open, arrived on time and most importantly kept us informed every step of the way. Speaking with the customer in some form or manner, text, phone call, or in person. Understanding what the customer wants and what they expect. Validate the price or update the quote if necessary and set a time to do the work.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
There is no specific handyman training or certification you can receive. I am currently studying for my residential contractors license.
