Introduction: We at Big Rock Ponds have a record of doing it right and doing it once. We pride ourselves on integrity, doing what we say and being where we are to be. A visionary perfectionist is the daily goal to be. I started a company called Raintree when I was 13, doing landscapes and lawn maintenance. Through the years, it has changed due to new services and products. Through the training to be a certified Aquascapes contractor, it's a passion to install and maintain water gardens that are done right. Having the ability to build walls, landscapes, ponds, and waterfalls using boulders is a big passion. And it looks amazing. Through 25 years of big-build projects, I really like the OCD personality that can't-be-satisfied type of customers. Only a contractor with an engineering mindset will give out satisfaction to his customers. I have this and I'm ready to be paid for it.

Guy Edwards (owner of Big Rock Ponds) has an incredible eye for landscape construction. Whether it be irrigation, rock walls, water features large and small, landscape designs, pathways or grading, Guy has the equipment and expertise to make any of your ideas come to life. I have worked with Guy on several projects and everything I have seen is no less than AMAZING!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Base is $75/ hr $15/ hr every extra man Each piece on site makes a daily rate depending on what it is. Max for entire arsenal $190/ hr excavator, track loader, dump, etc
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Be on time, call back, do what you say when you say or call ahead. Integrity and honesty first. Questions, questions, questions. Find out what they need, budget, make drawings and see where we land. 90% of the time I have the job. The other 10% I send them to another pro they need.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Visionary perfectionist , excellence in common sense. Engineering mindset on how things work and operate.
