- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our disc jockey services are $100/per hour and can also supply services for the ceremony. Our photo booth rental starts at $150/per hour and based upon our different packages can go to $300/per hour.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we find out exactly what they are wanting at their event. We have online questionnaires that allow the customer to work at their own leisure on planning their event.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I was working for another company which was also family owned and operated but started letting their politics and beliefs take over their company and would turn customers away. I feel that everyone needs entertainment and photography in their life and therefore I have never turned a customer away for any reason other than availability.
