Introduction: I enjoy to program for my clients where they see an improvement not only in their visible appearance, but also in their strength,mobility and conditioning. I want them to be constantly challenged while at the same time having a fun experience. I am a NASM and IMAP certified Trainer. I have worked for one of the largest and innovative complete gyms in Central Florida. They specialized in general conditioning, Cross Fitness as well as Strength Training. I also studied/Trained/Coached under Former Olympic and World Sprint Champion Timothy Montgomery. I Love the interaction with my clients. Being a part of their lives and getting to know them. As well as helping them get comfortable being uncomfortable. Being able to assist a client to reach their goals is so amazingly rewarding.

    $45 1 on-1 training $40 2-on-1 training $30 per 3+ small group training

    I have 7 years experience training clients and small to large groups. Strength Training experience Crossfit competition experience IMAP certification NASM Certification B.A. From Ashford University

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

    I have worked with All types of clients, with various ages as well as weight. Youngest client being 12 to the oldest being early 70's. I've had clients that wanted to add muscle others that wanted to lose weight. I have enjoyed the challenge that each one brings to my practice, cause they are all unique and I handle them as such.
