- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It always starts with the scheduled opportunity to help someone. We typically schedule by phone. Upon meeting and introductions, I perform an intake and evaluation to understand my client's needs and goals. I use specific massage techniques to achieve results with a tailored massage therapy session for my new client. Then after the massage I recheck to see if it was helpful and effective.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a certified and licensed massage therapist. I did over 600 hours of education and training at the Florida School of Massage graduating in March of 2009. Since then through continuing education, I have gotten certified in Sports and Pregnancy Massage.
