- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My base price for weddings is $800 for 1-Hour elopement to $2400 for 4-Hour events, and my base price for portrait sessions is $350. All sessions include copyrights to images and, in the case of weddings, 4-Hours of coverage (if option selected) and inexpensive options for prints and coffee table style albums. There is also the ability to add on additional items, but to be honest with you, the package and pricing I have in place is generally a better value for the quality of work compared to similar offerings by other professionals.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My whole purpose is to tell the story of my clients. I do this by getting to know them, asking them questions and getting them relaxed and comfortable with the photography process. Whether it's an engagement shoot, or capturing images for a business person or high school senior, the idea is to get them in an environment where they are comfortable and let them be themselves. This makes the process really easy...I'm just capturing, uniquely, what's already there.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was trained as a photographer while serving in the United States Navy, but I have been an artist and creative since I was a child. The combination of formal training and natural artistic ability really combine to allow me to capture images in my own unique style.
