We hired Douglas Residential Renovations to perform a basement remodel for us. This included plumbing, electrical, insulation, sheet rock, trim work, cabinetry, and painting. Eddie gave us an honest and reasonable estimate on our project and helped us stay within our budget as much as possible. He was conscientious about expenses and kept us informed the whole way regarding any issues that surfaced. He was very knowledgeable about everything involved with our remodeling project and we were grateful for his guidance throughout the project. He took care of the permitting process, was here for the inspections, stayed in communication regularly, and was here frequently to monitor progress. Eddie showed attention to detail and provided top notch results. He is an honest, trustworthy guy who keeps his word and has the respect of his subcontractors. We were also pleased with the subcontractors who were all hard working, friendly, and professional. We are very satisfied with the outcome of our basement remodel, and would not hesitate to use Douglas Residential Renovations again. A full renovation of our home was done by Douglas Residential Renovations. We found Eddie and his subcontractors to be very professional, knowledgeable, quality conscious and honest. Communication throughout the project was excellent as we were continually updated on a daily basis. Any questions or issues we had were promptly answered in person or by phone. We would highly recommend Douglas Residential Renovations for any type of home projects.
