Had my deck, house, drive way pressure washed and deck re stained by Gary and Team. He is awesome to work with. His work shows and my deck looks new. Will re hire him for sure for any future work. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Although we are new to Thumbtack we are not new to pressure washing. We have been in this business for several years and pride ourselves in our attention to detail. We offer competitive prices and try to not only meet but beat expectations from every customer.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A technician will be happy to come out and properly assess what needs to be done to give the proper quote so there is no miscommunication. Some customers prefer to send pictures ahead of time to get a rough estimate, we gladly welcome that as well. If the request is in our scope of work we will be happy to send a quote if it is not we will send a message letting the customer know so they can look for someone else.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Several years of pressure washing and mobile detailing experience.
