FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I sure do. Check out my website to view my price list.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Well every session starts with an initial email or phone call where I answer all of your questions. This is also the time when we discuss your budget and what direction you would like our photo session to go in (inside/outside, studio/on-location, props, wardrobe changes, etc). Next, we set up a date and you reserve that specific date and time by making a deposit worth 50% of our session (I have been splitting this up into 4 payments instead of two for weddings and other large parties because I am fully aware of how much those things cost). Up until our session you can call/email/text me any new questions or ideas/concerns you may have and usually I send you a few emails or texts just to check in. Thennnnn, its picture day!! I try to be about a 1/2 hour to an hour early to my sessions to set up and scope the area. Usually the sessions are an hour to an hour and a half. You will receive at least 5 photos that night and the remainder (usually around 50 for a portrait sitting and anywhere from 500-1000 for weddings and events) within 30 days.
