FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We ALWAYS stick to our quoted price, even if the project goes off the rails a little bit, because integrity means everything. We will work with customers on price if it is affordable for us, and always are willing to provide different suppliers that are offering discounted prices on materials to save the customer as much money as possible.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a phone call, discuss the project, and make a visit to walk through it. Then, we work with the customer to try to determine what their ideal solution looks like, and provide them options, some input on current design trends or cheaper ways to achieve their goal. We then set a time to start work, and start the project. If there are complications along the way, or major structural concerns we find, we will always stop work and discuss with the customer what they wish to do. Either way, we always complete our job, even if we have to adapt and overcome.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have training in building construction from IFSTA as a Firefighter, and spent years teaching building construction to new firefighters, and studying different construction techniques to keep myself safe, and the lives of my other firefighters safe when we were on scene of a structure fire.
