I hired this company on Dec21, 2018. We agreed on several door installations and wood blind install. A date and fee were agreed upon. They required half up front. I wrote them a check. Date of install January 8th, 2019. No show. No call. I called Jon Spurlock and he thought install date was January 9th. I asked what time he would arrive, he said he had another job. ? Sooo the circus started. They are now blowing me off, with excuse after excuse. As of January 11th, i have not had any contact with them. NO ANSWERS. NO COMMUNICATION. THEY HAVE MY MONEY. BUYER BEWARE. DO NOT HIRE THESE THIEVES.Jan 14, 2019Verified

They got here right at the time he said for estimate and to start the job. He was very thourogh in searching for the source of our leak and had a good plan to eliminate it. Work was done very neatly and cleanup could not have been any better. We are very satisfied indeed!Nov 15, 2018Verified
Great work. Was able to identify and roll up several similar projects I needed done into one and was reasonable with the price. Would hire again!Dec 16, 2017
Jon was very timely about getting out to my house for an estimate. He was professional and his prices for the job were fair and reasonable. We hired him for the job and his work was EXCELLENT! Not only was the work done well, they cleaned up afterwards! We’ve already hired him for other jobs needed on the house. He will be our go-to guy from now on!! I highly recommend!!!Oct 15, 2017Verified

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?I have a pricing book with everything I do in it. It includes detailed worksheets with all the different variables of the work to be performed. There's no secrets, you can look at it.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer? When I find a project that interests me, I send a quote stating the work I will do and approximately how much it will cost. Sometimes I go ahead and tell them when I can start and how long it will take. Right to the point, right from the start.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have apprenticed for a number of various tradesmen for the last 22 years and learned so many different techniques from some real pros. I have taken something from each one and put together the best, most efficient and expert technics.
