- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
At Hawk Heating and Air we proudly offer senior citizen, public safety, law-enforcement, and military discounts. If you are a maintenance club member with us, you get up to 20% discount on all repairs and replacements.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The typical and easiest process for working with new customers is to have me come out to the house and diagnose the issue with their system in person. It is very difficult to diagnose an issue with the system over the phone. Then, after I have properly diagnosed the system and found the issue, I go over options of repairing the system or replacing the system based on what's best for the customer. I generally have the parts on my vehicle to do most repairs. This makes it quick, easy and hassle free for the customer with no need to wait for repairs to be completed or schedule an additional appointment.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
After 18 years in the industry I have my EPA (Environmental Protection Agency) license. I have also been educated in the PG&E program for whole home performance. This helps me find things in the home to make it more comfortable and energy efficient for my customers.
