Jon and his team were very professional. They communicated very well with me and my family. Also they came right on time and got straight to work. They did a phenomenal job with the camera system and we are more than satisfied. These guys even hid the wires behind the wall and also cleaned up any mess that was made. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Our pricing is extremely competitive for one main reason. We look to build relationships not take on jobs. We treat all customers with a high level of customer service and often times because of that we expand our business through referrals and word of mouth.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?The first thing we do is have the customer feel 100% comfortable that they made the right decision with us. We explain everything that we will be doing on the project and we do not take any deposits or any form of payments until the project is completed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I graduated college with a degree in telecommunications and consistently read and keep up to date with all technological advances.
