FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing always depends on how extensive a job can be. I would be aware of anybody that would have a set of standard pricing not knowing what the job is. I do NOT give out ball park estimations for I do not want to miss lead anyone, I don't mind traveling and do not charge my customers for giving estimates.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will set up a meeting with my customers just to introduce myself and listen to what their plans are and what other ideas they have in mind in regards to their future project. I like to discuss and exchange ideas with my customers until we have a clear understanding of the project at hand, then I will advise and recommend the best method possible to proceed while giving out a fair estimate on of how long it would take to complete. I will go over both of our obligations and what is expected of each other during this period as I tend to keep my customers involved in every aspect of the job from initial design to picking up the finish material. Although keeping the project on time is one of my main obligations, I'm always open to any suggestions at any time during the job as long as it is beneficial and improves on the original design of the project.
