Thank you for the review
Edgar promptly answered the phone and was really explained what needed to happen. He arrived on time and answered all questions. He took time to find the root cause of the leak. We also found out that the pressure of the water coming into the house was higher. He was able to fox both issues. I am still waiting for 2 days to see if the cause of the leak was fixed. Very reliable, punctual and clear in explaining the issue.May 17, 2018VerifiedEdgar B.'s reply

Thank you for taking time to give me a review.
Edgar arrived at the exact time of the appointment. He was friendly and professional. Our toilet had not been replaced for 10 years so there was a lot of clean up of old grout in the drain hole and I needed a new hose and a seal ring too which I was expecting. It took him about 2-1/2 hours (it was a mess) but I felt that his quote for the work wasn’t enough for what he did. He definitely went above and beyond and I would call him again.May 4, 2018Verified
I'm just THRILLED with Edgar! He fixed and upgraded my 2 tired toilets. Showed up on time, very professional, cleaned up when he finished...and a great sense of humor made my day. I've already referred him to my neighbor. Thanks Edgar!Apr 27, 2018Verified

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?only for installation. for repair is different because it can be many different things causing the problem. for example the price to fix a leak on 1/2" pipe is not going to be the same as the 1 1/2",o a leak behind the wall isn't going to be the same as a leak underneath the slab. to give the customer a flat rate first I need to find what's causing the problem.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?to let them know that I know what I'm doing. be prepare to answer all questions. give them options, give a brief description of job to be done and the most important do it right the first time.
