- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
If a Customer contacts us regarding a piece of equipment that is not operating, we collect the name, address, phone number and email of the customer. We first need to identify what part is the cause of this issue by having a diagnostic service performed. This diagnostic service is performed at a flat rate of $95 and will allow us to gather all of the necessary information from your unit as well as identify exactly what part is the cause of the symptom you’ve reported. If the technician is able to fix the issue during this visit without the need of additional parts, he will do just that at the same flate rate. If additional parts or service is required, we will provide a full estimate to you for your review and approval following this initial diagnostic visit.
